Craft Beer Market - Review

Short review/rant incoming

With Alberta’s reopening there have been some overhauls to our DT core bars. One of them is Craft and it touts a new happy hour menu. However, this menu happens to be over priced that it’s far from a happy hour. More like an UNhappy hour amirite?!?!

This abysmal Baja Fish Taco left me with zero excitement for 4 dollars. That is just a dumb amount of money for one taco with a poorly seasoned fish. Oh and the lime avocado cream..lol it’s meme worthy. The original price of these tacos for 3 is $17 and not worth it at that price. Glad I only got one as these bar tacos always trend to be completely shit. Also this Honolulu Heat pizza was $15 instead of $20 for happy hour. Had some kick but other than that, not a $20 dollar pizza. We need a chef from Domino’s here. They need to take notes from Earl’s and give me a $4 margherita.

The other dish on the table looked like an upgraded Yum Burger from Jollibee. I’ll let my homie Erik describe it.

“One of the worst burgers I've ever had in a non-fastfood restaurant. You can get a better burger at a hockey team fundraiser. Get yourself a pack of Kirkland frozen patties, Wonder Bread buns and some American cheese singles and you are 90% there. Don't bother with lettuce, tomatoes or any other standard cheese burger toppings. Craft didn't either.”

We got a comp’d beer after waiting 30 mins for them to figure out how to change a keg. Which is pretty unacceptable for a BEER MARKET. Come to Craft though and marvel at their new interiors and exteriors...and then leave.
